The Watauga Chapel of Green Spring Church
Located at the intersection of Watauga Road and the Creeper trail, Watauga Chapel is a place not only for gospel music programs and a Sunday school class, but a place for hikers and cyclists to rest in the shade of mighty oaks and maples.
During the summer months, a concert of gospel music is presented every Sunday night. Each week musicians from Virginia and Tennessee come to the chapel and fill it with wonderful music. Following the program refreshments are served in the church yard.
